Susan provides specialist advisory issues and crisis communications management for Kenyon Emergency Services' clients. She has been a global corporate communications leader, with a focus on issues and crisis response, as well as risk and contingency planning for more than 25 years. Susan's career includes work in the Aviation industry, having held worldwide responsibility for public relations and crisis communications for Emirates Airline and a group of 50+ subsidiary companies in Dubai, as well as for aviation IT technology leader SITA, based in Geneva.
In addition, Susan led global communications and reputation management for PwC, Herbalife and Tyson Foods. She brings cross-cultural communications expertise and a global mindset, having lived and worked in the US, Germany, the Netherlands, the UAE and Switzerland.
Susan joined Kenyon Emergency Services as an Associate Director, Crisis Communications in 2020, advising clients on issues and crisis preparedness, including development of crisis plans, training and media relations. In January 2024, Susan became co-Vice President, Crisis Communications, with a focus on expanding the growth and service offerings of the organization.
Susan holds a Master of Arts degree in International Relations from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey and a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism from Arizona State University.
